AnnotationThis report sets out findings of a research project carried out by Age Concern Norfolk (ACN). The research aimed to involve older people (service users and non-users) in defining criteria for quality day centre services and in devising the methods for assessing services; and to gain a greater understanding of the contributions older people are willing and able to make in service provision and evaluation. The research was conducted in the context of a restructuring of ACN's day services and the need to introduce and quality assurance system. (RH).
