AnnotationThe International Pension Centre (IPC) is the Pension Service department responsible for administering the UK State Pension to people living abroad, or moving into the UK from another country. During the summer of 2006, a survey of customers contacting the IPC was carried out to measure their experience of, attitudes toward, and satisfaction with the service. A total of 1,084 interviews were conducted with customers living all over the world. This report looks at the profile of customers contacting the IPC; measurement of the IPC's overall performance; how customers contact IPC; information about customers' most recent enquiries; and customers' experiences of the complaints process within IPC.
