Annotation | This is one of eleven papers from the International Federation on Ageing (IFA) 8th Global Conference in May 2006 in this final issue of Generations Review. The author asks how men's attitudes and thinking about health can be changed, and health services be made more attractive that men use them. She concludes that traditional methods of health promotion do not work, and that to reach men more innovative programmes - for example using interests such as using sport or music - are needed.
