It draws on research carried out in 2005-06 by the Older People's Programme on services provided and supported by Community Service Volunteers (CSV, also RSVP), British Red Cross (BRC) and Help the Aged (HtA). This briefing. is aimed at those planning, commissioning and delivering local volunteer services.
