AnnotationThe survey on which this report is based was conducted among small, medium and large employers in England, Scotland and Wales who had received a newsletter and other material from the "Be Ready" National Guidance Campaign (NGC) relating to the forthcoming legislation outlawing age discrimination. The report also presents findings for a sample of 1,650 organisations on their opinions about age discrimination in the workplace. The evaluation and research is one of a number of projects commissioned by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) on behalf of the Age Partnership Group (APG) as part of the National Guidance Campaign.
