| Annotation | 1993 was designated European Year of Elderly People and Solidarity between the Generations. The aim of the year was to raise awareness of issues of ageing, to promote positive images of older people and to facilitate exchange of experience and practice across Europe. This Bulletin helped to disseminate this exchange and was produced by the UK Secretariat for the year, the National Council on Ageing. The final issue, number 10, was a review of the Year.
