| Annotation | Care home managers are among those who need to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 when dealing with personal requests. This article looks at the principles of the Act with which all care homes in the UK have to comply. It gives advice to managers of care homes on how they have to comply with these principles, and outlines the requirements when dealing with personal data. (RH). |
