Annotation | Greene's use of a "titration" budgeting approach to home care fails to take account of ethical and policy issues, in addition to which the association between patterns of home care and its outcomes has not been adequately researched. In the US, attention should be focused on health services that reduce chronic illness and on community care that improves quality of life. (RH). |
