AnnotationThis is a phenomenological study of 30 consecutive referrals to an old age psychiatry service in South Wales of older people (aged 65+) with musical hallucinations. The study concentrates on the names of the melodies heard. Hymns and Christmas carols were the most common experience, with "Abide with me" being particularly frequent. (RH).
