AnnotationTopss (originally the Training Organisation for the Personal Social Services, and now called Skills for Care) has consulted regarding a new strategy for the social care workforce. The strategy follows on from the previous one, "Modernising the social care workforce". This summary of Age Concern's response to the consultation incorporates the views of its Training and Professional Development Partnership, which has carried out a training needs analysis within the Age Concern Federation.
