Annotation | The Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) has been canvassing service users and practitioners about their views of the adult social care Green Paper, "Independence, well-being and choice", and has launched a position paper based on these views. SCIE is keen for the sector to use this paper to help reform their responses to the Green Paper, as it draws on almost 1,000 people's views. The paper, "Developing social care: the past, the present and the future" is published by SCIE or can be found on its website (www.scie.org.uk/publications). (RH). |
