Annotation | A group of 10 faculty representatives and 10 students from the disciplines of social work, nursing, consumer and family sciences, psychology, recreation and business participated in focus groups which addressed an investigation into the factors that attracted undergraduate students to a career of working with older adults. The results suggest the need for increasing efforts to enhance awareness and to integrate comprehensive content on ageing throughout the curriculum in higher education. (KJ/RH). |
