Annotation | Rapidly changing demographics in parts of Wales as older people "migrate" from elsewhere in the UK may necessitate a reshaping of care services. This article presents evidence from medical and social care professionals in areas such as Anglesey, Gwynedd, Flintshire and Conwy to the effect that domiciliary, occupational therapy and nursing home services are under pressure, both from an ageing indigenous population and the increasing number of outsiders who choose to retire to these areas.
