This information sheet provides a background to the National Initiative and introduces the eight pilot sites: Hackney - Agewell Project; Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Trust, Southwark; North Nottinghamshire; Hull and East Riding; North Staffordshire - Beth Johnson Foundation (BJF); Sandwell - Looking Forward; Osteoporosis Dorset; and East Devon.
