AnnotationIn order to inform health care policy, the Scottish Executive commissioned NOP Social and Political to carry out a survey of public perceptions and experiences of the National Health Service (NHS) in Scotland. This report on the survey includes information on demographics and general health of the sample (2600); awareness and use of services; satisfaction with and access to services; choice in health service provision; public involvement in the design and delivery of services and the responsiveness of the NHS; and aspirations for improvements.
