Annotation	Age Wave, a San Francisco-based think tank focused on the maturing marketplace and workforce and the. Concours Group, a management consulting firm in Kingswood, Texas worked together on a 1-year research project, "Demography in Destiny", in which the authors examined the implications for business of an ageing workforce. Their research findings suggest an urgent need to find ways to attract and retain employees of all ages. They conclude that the concept of retirement is outdated; rather there should be a more flexible approach to ongoing work that serves employer and employee alike.
