Annotation | The "Developing as a centre of excellence" project at the University of Paisley's School of Health, Nursing and Midwifery is an innovative pilot study attempting to promote evidence-based practice in the nursing care of older people in a variety of residential care settings. This second of two articles documents findings from a qualitative process evaluation of the experience of eight nurse clinicians who participated in the project. The evaluation provided valuable insights into how future schemes might be enhanced. (RH). |
