| Annotation | These articles are the last of a compilation of literature reviews by the Elderly Nutrition Education Group (ENE), an independent group of American nutrition professionals with strong interest in and commitment to the importance of nutrition education for older adults. The Nutrition education for older adults series began in Journal of Nutrition for the Elderly, vol 21, 2002, and result from an ENE symposium held in 1999 in Baltimore, MD, that invited participants to submit manuscripts highlighting their specific area of interest. The papers in the ENE collection are a mixture of reports of current research, good practice implementation, educational materials, literature reviews by topic, and viewpoints. These two articles deal with a variety of nutrition education issues for varying populations of older adults and their educators, healthcare providers and caregivers.
