Annotation | That same-sex relationships do not exist among older people is a myth that continues to be perpetuated. This article explains the issues facing older lesbians and gay men, and how professionals can avoid discriminating against them. The article also highlights a research project being undertaken by Help and Care, a voluntary organisation working with older people and carers in Dorset. The project aims to identify the needs of this group and to offer appropriate provision. (RH). |
