Annotation | In 2003/04, the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) asked people about their expectations for equality between women and men regarding work, equal pay, pensions, and choices in education. This annual report includes examples of discrimination cases which illustrate the EOC's role. The report also draws attention to the EOC's forthcoming investigation into flexible and part-time work, which will be key in helping carers with the barriers they meet in employment. (RH). |
