AnnotationThese ratings reflect a full year of new performance evidence since the last publication in November 2002. The ratings have been formulated from evidence from published performance indicators, inspection, Social Services Inspectorate (SSI) and Audit Commission Joint Reviews, review of plans and in-year performance information from both the SSI and the external auditors for each council. These ratings represent the SSI's view of the overall performance of each council in delivering social services. The Commission for Social Care Inspection will publish future ratings for social services. (KJ/RH).
