AnnotationPublic transport is becoming more accessible but this brochure is aimed at those who would still have difficulties using it and need to be aware of subsidised door-to-door services. This brochure then outlines three schemes which are intended to provide such services to disabled people who are unable, or have severe difficulty in using public transport. These schemes are Dial-a-ride, Taxicard and Capital Call, all of which require a mobility assessment to gain entitlement. (KJ).
