Annotation | The key statistics tables included in this report are for all urban areas and sub-divisions with at least 1,500 residents, and provide information for all topics covered by the Census. There are some thirty Key Statistics tables and each table is designed to summarise detailed information relating to a single topic. The accompanying CD-ROM contains results in a broadly similar form to those in the printed report. In addition, the CD-ROM provides software enabling the data to be manipulated, and electronic versions of maps which enable interactive use with the National Statistics website. Additional results for the urban and remaining parts of each local authority in England and Wales, for urban areas by size, and on the hectares and population density of urban areas are available separately at www.statistics.gov.uk/census2001/ks_ub_ad.asp (RH). |
