Annotation | The seminar's theme was "Placing Cognitive Health on Europe's Social and Economic Agenda". This summary outlines some of the key issues raised, in particular for cognitive vitality to be maintained throughout life. A survey of young adults in six European countries commissioned by the Alliance indicates that the 20-40 age group spent the least amount of time on maintaining cognitive health. In line with the description of itself as a "think and do tank", the Alliance also outlines its programme of future research. (RH). |
