AnnotationThe National Minimum Standard on information sets out how care homes should inform the public about the services and facilities they provide. This report, issued under Section 7 of the Care Standards Act 2000, is one of a series looking at specific topics. Information was chosen as a subject, as it was the standard on which most homes performed poorly. The report presents score results for information; and describes how good and bad practice is identified. Appendices include guidance on the Statement of Purpose which should be provided by the Registered Person. (RH).
