Annotation | The Association of Charity Officers (ACO) has been supporting the Consumers Association in a "super-complaint" about the care home sector. This pamphlet outlines the response from the Office of Fair Trading (OFT), and the debate which this has prompted in Parliament. It notes the activity of a small working group within the Social Policy Ageing Information Network (SPAIN) in following up matters regarding problems in finding and funding care. (RH). |
