Annotation | Guest editor Bent Greve's introduction, "Are the Nordic welfare states still distinct?" gives some context to the six articles in this special issue of Social Policy & Administration. The articles examine aspects of the welfare state in Sweden, Denmark and Scandinavian countries in general. While there are variations between the different countries, the class-based support still prevails throughout, but is stronger in Sweden. (RH). |
