AnnotationChapter 11 of the White Paper "Caring for people: community care in the next decade and beyond" (Cm 849; HMSO, 1989) sets ou the Government's proposals for an improved framework for the development of effective community care in Wales. This guidance draws attention to planning arrangements that are to apply in Wales.
