AnnotationIn 2002, the government issued the "No secrets" guidance on the protection of vulnerable adults from abuse (POVA). Funded by a Department of Health (DH) section 64 grant, the Practitioner Alliance Against Abuse of Vulnerable Adults has set up a project to gauge its momentum. PAVA's project officer assesses progress with the PAVA Project, as reported to him by representatives of 20 self-reporting "good practice" sites. (RH).
