| Annotation | A lot is known about the epidemiology of mental health needs of older people resident in care homes in the UK, and about the medical and mental health services that they receive. Less is known about what may be effective in meeting those needs, least of all how specialist mental health services should organise themselves to provide such interventions in actual practice.
