Annotation | The pressures on intermediate care services to provide a flexible approach to staffing are considered. These include a constantly changing policy context, winter pressures, and different service remits. The paper suggests three ways in which managers can deal with flexibility issues: the adoption of flexible team structures, flexible workers roles, and flexible employee structures. (RH). |
