Annotation | Age Concern England (ACE) remains sceptical about whether imposition of local authority payments for non-provision of services will help positive joint working in the future. ACE's response to the consultation on implementation of Part 1 of the Community Care (Delayed Discharges etc) Act 2003 makes recommendations about the structure of and omissions from the draft guidance, and comments on a number of specific points. The most detailed section concerns patients who refuse the care plan. (RH). |
