Annotation | The Millennium Homes project was set up by Professor Heinz Wolff and a team of volunteers at Brunel University. By combining interactive technology and community support, the project is helping more older people with reduced abilities to maintain their independence, and to go on living in their own home for longer. What began as a ten-home project in Greenwich has now expanded into a number of pilots across Hampshire. Alison Boyle interviews Professor Wolff about the project's progress to date. (RH). |
