Annotation | The study, preservation and transmission of ancient myths and legends to older people can be for them a source of psychological development and an aid to memory. Myths reflect the natural flow of the life cycles and provide critical cultural examples for the community. Three classical and universal myths from different cultures (South American, ancient Greek, and Nordic) are examined and analysed in this context. (RH). |
