Annotation | The Greater London Authority (GLA) commissioned Dr Foster to produce a report on mental health services in London, particularly with regard to equity of access. The report is based on a survey of Mental Health Trusts (MHTs) in London, analysis of routinely collected statistics, and interviews with health service managers. The problems of engaging with ethnic minorities - including refugees, asylum seekers, and people who do not speak English - are highlighted. (RH). |
