AnnotationResearch is reported which sought the views of people with dementia themselves on provision of services for those in remote and rural areas of Scotland. By including the views of those with dementia about services, the authors set out to redress a finding of a survey of service providers in Scotland (by Anthea Innes et al, University of Stirling, 2002), that people with dementia were excluded from service providers' consultation process.
