AnnotationThe authors report on a small scale randomised controlled trial of the Remembering Yesterday, Caring Today programme of reminiscence groups for people with dementia and their carers. While many anecdotal accounts have indicated the value of reminiscence for people with dementia and carers, the results of this study demonstrate positive trends to support the intervention. (RH).
