Annotation	The purpose of the UN Second World Assembly on Ageing was to agree a second International Plan of Action for Ageing (the first was created in Vienna in 1982). The World Assembly was immediately preceded by a 4-day Research Forum in Valencia and 5-day NGO Forum in Madrid. This paper outlines Help the Aged's objectives and involvement in attending these.
