Annotation | The 12th annual report (2002/03) is the last produced by the SSI as the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) will take over its functions and responsibilities. The CSCI will present its annual report to Parliament. This annual report notes as one of six issues of particular concern, that improvements in the stability of the domiciliary care market and developments in the best way of supporting older people with mental health problems must be made if national targets are to be achieved on people supported to live at home.
