| Annotation | This consultation paper advises the Local Government Association (LGA), councils with social services responsibilities, Care Trusts and other stakeholders of proposed changes to the system for residential care charges. The changes take effect from 6 October 2003. Appropriate amendments will be made to the Charging for Residential Accommodation Guide (CRAG). The consultation paper also deals with charges for home care and non-residential services in the light of Pension Credit changes. (RH). |
