Annotation | There is a general consensus that the quality of care in care homes is often poor. This article aims to provide a brief review of factors that influence one of the processes of care, that of staff interactions with residents. Ajzen's theory of planned behaviour is suggested as a theoretical framework for identifying the factors influencing staff behaviour. (RH). |
