AnnotationThis is one of a series of literature reviews on nutrition education for older people, which emphasises the importance of measuring a variety of outcomes when evaluating education programmes. Types of outcomes and impacts and differences in evaluating programmes are discussed. A table summarises 16 reports that include an evaluation component. It shows the duration of the intervention and follow-up, types of impacts and outcomes measured, primary intervention strategy used, subjects' race and ethnicity, whether a behaviour theory was stated, and whether changes were statistically significant.
