AnnotationThis short article on an aspect of innovative practice gives the background to, and describes, the setting up of weekly programme of creative expression at a long-term care facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. The programme includes topics such as health and family matters, fears, anxieties, achievements and life and death issues, and incorporates activities such as cooking, arts and crafts, pets, gallery visits and seasonal celebrations.
