Annotation | More people in developing countries such as India are reaching age 60. With better health, they have more chance of "productive ageing" - which implies some sort of positive use of their skills, experience, knowledge, and capacity to work, be it for personal or societal benefit. This article outlines the types of productive activities that the young old could engage in, and the steps required for maintaining and promoting their physical health. (RH). |
