| Annotation | Staff within the NHS - as elsewhere - are inundated with frameworks and "must dos" in order to develop services in line with the NHS Plan. On top of this, the Race Relations (Amendment) Act 2000 came into force in April 2001. This article looks at how services can be developed to comply with the Act, whilst working towards the standards enshrined within the National Service Framework (NSF) for Older People. (KJ/RH). |
