| Annotation | A long-term aim of improving information for older people is a reduction in health inequalities experienced by them. This report uses a mapping exercise to provide an overview of information production and distribution across the area served by Camden and Islington Health Authority, and to produce a tool to assist further production and distribution of information. The report is based on 124 responses to a questionnaire (out of 202) sent to health, local authority and voluntary organisations across the district. (RH). |
