Annotation | This paper presents the findings from the first stages of qualitative research into the provision of transitional residential rehabilitation in Nottinghamshire, the Transitional Residential Rehabilitation Scheme (TRRS). Initially the scheme was based in five residential care homes for older people, with a sixth added later. Its purpose is to identify several "critical success factors" that appear to underpin effective practice. (KJ/RH). |
