Annotation | Malcolm Wicks, the Minister for Lifelong Learning, launched the Learning in Later Life Campaign to find England's oldest and "most inspiring" learners, and to highlight that learning is for life. Applications were invited from those aged 85 and above who were engaged in some form of learning activity. 155 applications were received, and this publication lists the 21 national and regional winners and their achievements.
