Annotation | These Regulations are made under the Care Standards Act 2000, and apply to England only. They prescribe that fees are to be paid by establishments and agencies under Part II of the Act on an application for registration, or any variation in relation to the registration, and for annual fees. They also prescribe the frequency of inspections. (RH). |
