AnnotationInformation is empowering, and enables people to take responsibility for the quality of their own lives, by making decisions and choices. This set of three reports has been produced by working parties under the auspices of two Scottish organisations (the ADSW and the SSIN), to provide an important aid to the provision of accessible, relevant and accurate information, by giving information and guidance on: planning for production; consideration of the needs of the user group; choice of the appropriate medium; and monitoring, evaluation and review. The reports provide standards and guidance which are essential for anyone producing public information. (RH).
